A zipper profile is an extruded plastic sealing component integrated into flexible packaging pouches, enabling resealable opening and closing. Unlike standard heat-sealed packaging, zipper profiles allow repeated access without damaging the pouch — maintaining freshness, preventing spillage, and improving consumer convenience across multiple use cycles.
